How long does a search take?
There are many factors that affect the time required to find the right talent: complexity of the position, search parameters, location, hiring manager’s availability, your internal interview process and re-location factors. Typically, searches can be completed in 45 to 60 days.

We have access to various online databases that help us find creative ways of locating and attracting potential candidates for the exact positions our clients are looking to fill. We use social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to help generate awareness and interest in open positions. Kathleen Laney currently has over 13,000 followers on LinkedIn alone. She also contributes to various parking industry publications and regularly attends and speaks at parking industry conferences around the world.

Laney Solutions offers a replacement guarantee for any candidate whose employment terminates within an agreed upon time period.
Do you work on positions outside of the parking industry?
Laney Solutions works exclusively with parking or mobility industry employers to fill strategic individual contributor and leadership roles.
